- Pre-drill a pilot hole 2" deep with the properly supplied 3/16" drill bit.
- Make sure the pilot hole is 1/2" deeper than the fastener embedment.
- Never exceed 1-1/2" Maximum Screw Embedment Into Concrete.
- Clear the hole of excess debris - to assure optimal fastening results.
- Install the Blue Concrete Screw using a power drill and correct driver bit.
- Be mindful not to "over-turn" the screw, toward the final turns of the fastening down process.
